1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
• Physical book orders
• Publishing-related deliverables
• Marketing and promotional services
• Digital products and downloadable content
• Book launch events and related services
2. Shipping of Physical Products (Books & Merchandise)
a) Order Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation.
• Processing time may vary during high-demand periods or due to customization.
b) Shipping Partners
We work with trusted third-party logistics providers for domestic and international deliveries.
c) Delivery Timeline
• Domestic (India): 5–12 working days after dispatch
• International: 10–25 working days (subject to customs clearance)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges & Taxes
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout
• Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on product type
• Customs duties and international taxes (if any) must be borne by the recipient
4. Delivery Conditions
• Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout
• Bookbins is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Partial shipments may occur for multi-item orders
5. Digital Products
• Downloadable digital content is accessible immediately after payment confirmation
• No shipping applies to eBooks or digital files
• Re-download links will be provided via email
6. Cancellation Policy
a) For Physical Orders
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• To cancel, contact Support@bookbins.in or call +91 8866989944 immediately after placing the order.
b) For Service Orders (Publishing, Marketing, Events)
• Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking to be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• Post this period, cancellation terms as outlined in the individual service agreement will apply.
c) For Digital Products
• Digital products are non-cancellable once delivered/accessed.
Bookbins reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or policy violations.
7. Order Tracking
• Tracking information will be provided via email/SMS once the order is dispatched
• Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch
• For tracking queries, contact Support@bookbins.in
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is reported as lost:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or within 10 days of expected delivery (for loss)
• Provide your order number and photographic evidence of damage
• We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy
